Shipping, Returns, and Payment Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. This policy is in place due to changes in the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) effective 13th December 2024. We will update our policy if these circumstances change.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: price depends on the size of your order and all orders are sent via royal mail and are tracked 24.each order will be sent on business days between Monday to saturday
3. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following:
- Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
